The
following list contains frequently asked questions
concerning our biometric products that we offer. This
will be updated as the most frequently questions are
determined and addressed.
Q:
Why do I need to have administrative rights to use my
Biometric Flash Drive?
A: In order to use your Biometric Flash Drive, you need
to have administrative rights/privileges on your Windows
2000 or Windows XP computer. Windows restricts you the
use if you don’t have these privileges.
Q: Why are there two letters in the Windows Explorer
menu when I only have one USB Flash Drive plugged?
A: This appears because the Biometric Flash Drive is
divided into a public and a private zone. One letter
represents the secured partition and the other is the
public partition of your USB Flash Drive.
Q:
Why can't I safely remove my USB Flash Drive?
A: You must close Carry it
Easy +Plus Bio and any application that uses files
stored on your USB Flash Drive before you can safely
remove it (including Windows Explorer). If it still
doesn't work, please wait for a moment and try again.
